You can cancel an order for a full refund until the Buddie accepts it. After that, send a cancellation request — if the Buddie approves it, you are refunded in full. Orders that are not accepted or started in time are refunded automatically. Refunds go back to your wallet. A completed order whose payout hold has ended without a report is not refundable.
Cancellation and refund termsReport the order before its payout hold ends — 24 to 96 hours after completion, shown on the order. The payment stays frozen while we review both sides and the chat and order records, and we reach a decision within 7 business days.
